The Other Side Of The Coin

Ok, so many of you think that I am Microsoft’s biggest fan, and that maybe I am the secret son of Bill Gates. Well here is a few reasons I like Firefox over IE7. The first is the most obvious, it’s not forces on you, you actually have a choice whether you use it or not. This is not true with IE it comes with windows and is part of it, no way to get around using it for something. Second is it works cross-platform ( This is my favorite reason ) , it works on Linux and Mac OS, just as it does on Windows, no need to relearn how to use it. For those 2 people out there that use IE for Mac OS just remember Microsoft discontinued support for it and is not coming out with a new version ever, beside the fact that IE on the MAC SUCKS!!!! Third is the amount of plugins and other cool things you can add to it, there are just a lot and I don’t mean the goofy toolbar kind like in IE that also becomes spyware if you aren’t careful. Fourth is the fact that’s it’s roots come from the greatest browser ever used in it’s day ( The older versions of Netscape, pre-AOL days). Anyways so, I hope this clears up some feelings about my recent posts and whether or not I am just a microsoft fan-boy or an actual computer user. :)
