Haven’t had time to write as much on here but here are some pictures from my daughters first birthday!!!!

 

 

Well I finally got my Microsoft Windows Vista Beta copy. After reading all of the reviews over the past 2 weeks and really excpecting a horrible experience, I have to admit, I like it! I like the way it looks, I like the way it works, I even liked the installer. Networking and mapping are very easy, menus and files are easy to find. Everything looks amazing and pops. Videos and music work very well. The “sidebar” is a nice feature adding things that I use very often, but hate having to re-open everytime I want to use them. I think for now my only dislike ( which is nothing) is the system requirements, they’re pretty hefty.  We’ll see in the coming weeks what bug fixes and things I think should be added, but for now I am pleasantly impressed.

Well, it’s been a long week and we finally got my best friend married off. Congratulations to Aaron & Jenn, the wedding was great, and everyons had a good time. Here is a copy of the toast I gave:

Hello, everyone. I just wanted to get up and say a few things. You look absolutelywonderful today all dressed up, and if it wasn’t for you getting married today, Aaron, we would be on our way to walmart right now just you and me, Oh and you too look nice Jenn. Everyone was a little worried about what I was going to say tonight, but I just wanted to congratulate you two and say I wish you two the best of life together. I wish as I am sure everyone here joining me in toast will wish also that you to live a  long and happy life together along with all of you friends and family, you are my best friends.. I love you as we all do , so raise a glass to Jenn and Aaron.
