		<description>That's funny I just had a conversation with a couple of 8-9 year olds about that very thing and they actually tried sushi for the first time and loved it, of course they didn't have "the good stuff" but what they had was decent.</description>

		<description>As long as it is made with shari (a prepared rice) it is sushi.  You can fill or top the rice with anything and it is still sushi.  It's funny how Americans don't know this, which is what you are getting at here.

Also, it's funny that people think it is perfectly okay for Americans to make sushi, but when the Chinese do, it's odd.  I'd rather have Chinese chefs making my sushi rather than American Chefs.  But even that doesn't matter.  As long as it is the right rice, you can throw a McD's cheeseburger on there and it is still sushi.  LOL</description>
